Stars Best Shop Awards 2021 are delighted to once welcome BIRA (British Independent Retailers’ Association) as a supporter of the event. For some 120 years BIRA has been fighting for a level playing field for independent outlets, drawing on the strength of their membership base. The organisation has been influential with media, changing Government legislation and providing support on areas of pressure such as business rates, parking and staffing.
