Fitting is so important in this area of customer service and their attention to detail together with the knowledge of what is best and suits the customer is superb. We are fortunate in a small town to have such a professional service.

The service and expert knowledge at Turnbulls is second to none. I travel from the south of England to buy my lingerie after finding this jewel of a shop. Alison and Sheila have perfected the best in customer service and product knowledge. They have the perfect blend of professionalism, friendliness and choice of product.
My daughter Lindsey and I have had the pleasure of shopping at Turnbulls for many years,
you are guaranteed first class and excellent attention and their knowledge of lingerie is second to none.
However busy the shop is you are always greeted by all the shop staff and Sheila and Alison make the whole experience worthwhile.

Turnbulls always make you feel good about yourself when buying bras. I have been using them for years.
My gran used to work for Sheila and Alison’s parent’s many many years’s ago,my mam alway’s went to the girl’s and i have been with them from my first bra(i’m 46)you can walk into the shop and are made to feel welcome and special wether the shop is busy or quiet. Both the girl’s know excatly what size you require from memory,nothing is too much trouble for them,if the colour,size or style you require isn’t in stock they will get it for you. I certainley wouldn’t shop anywhere else,in fact i highley recommend the girl’s.

It might be several months between visits but you are always remembered. It is a pleasure to go shopping there and you always come out feeling good.
